Multi-box sectionals can arrive on different days. Bring the boxes into the room where the couch will stay: once expanded, it is much bulkier.
Open the box and slit the vacuum bag without cutting into the fabric. The rolled module will start to unroll on its own.
Lay each block where it will go. On the futon, slot the metal side bars into place to hold the stack together.

Perfect size for my small apartment. Nice wide seat. No assembly required. Only few days for it to fully expand. Can be used in several configurations, extra bed for instance. The color is also true to pictures. Extra plus covers can be removed and washed if need be. Excellent price point.
It’s incredibly comfortable whether you’re sitting, relaxing, or taking a nap. I’m 5’3”, and even without fully pulling it out into a bed, my entire body fits comfortably on it. When you do convert it into a bed, there’s even more room, making it perfect for guests or lounging.
One of the boxes actually arrived earlier than expected! When I messaged the seller about it, they were super responsive and immediately tracked the rest of the shipment for me. The couch is honestly way bigger than it looks in the product pictures. The top cushions are insanely soft.

This couch is surprisingly firm and supportive! I was impressed by the “Dual-Tone” effect of the corduroy — it’s like velvet where the shade shifts from light to dark grey depending on how the light hits it or which way you brush the fabric.

The corduroy futon and CNest L and U sectionals are solid-foam and feel medium-firm: supportive, but not a sink-in sofa, and several owners mention adding pillows for back support. The CNest-Pure Cloud Couch and the round chaises have a soft top layer of shredded foam and fiberfill, so they feel much plusher.
Seat height is about 16" on the sectionals (15.7" on the futon, 16.6" on the 135") with a 29" deep seat, lower and deeper than a typical sofa. That suits lounging and small kids. If you have bad knees, owners suggest adding sofa feet or risers, which one buyer did successfully.
On the futon and the Cloud Couch the covers zip off and can be machine washed in a laundry net. The corduroy sectionals are designed for spot cleaning: wipe with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. For all models, keep them out of direct sunlight and away from heaters.
